Wash yo hands regularly, cover yo mouth and nose when ya cough or sneeze, and avoid touching yo face as much as possible. And if ya do feel sick, stay home and rest up - don't go out and spread germs everywhere. But if ya do end up getting an infectious disease, don't panic. Most of the time, our bodies can fight these things off on their own or with a little help from medication. And there are plenty of doctors and healthcare professionals out there who know how to treat all sorts of infectious diseases.
